About the role

As the Designer, you will be working closely with the existing creative team on a wide variety of products and activities, such as eLearning courses, posters, static/animated infographic storyboards, corporate communications and websites/intranets. You will be responsible for progressing the full design from initial concepts so creative flair and attention to detail is a must, as is up-to-date industry knowledge, and the ability to plan and manage multiple projects at one time.

You will be working alongside a passionate and professional team of content specialists, project managers and eLearning developers to fulfill client requirements to strict deadlines.

Working from home

Full time, 37.5hrs per week





  • Work with existing freelance designers to create, develop exisiting concepts and progress approved initial concepts into complete designs
  • Be a key member of the team producing accurate and high-quality designs for a range of internal digital and printed channels
  • Manage your work schedule within project timelines and in partnership with internal departments
  • Present finalised designs to the project team
  • Work collaboratively with, designers, content specialists, project managers, eLearning developers, web developers, marketing specialists, animators and printers
  • Ensure all work produced to promote the company meets the brand guidelines
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently while staying organised, communicating effectively, and collaborating with TSC colleagues
  • Work with the marketing team to produce external design materials such as web banners, newsletters and web assets


  • Support Comms, Project Managers and Delivery teams in fulfilling client requirements
  • Contribute to the development of project processes
  • Adhere to organisational and legal regulations/processes, for example GDPR
  • Support marketing and sales with design collateral whenever possible
  • Take responsibility for own personal, and career development
  • Represent The Security Company professionally, and in accordance with the company values, at all times both with external customers and suppliers and internal colleagues



  • PowerPoint and Word


  • Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of print and digital media along with design principles
